Create your own Gangsheet

Your gang sheet will be PRINTED AS IS once uploaded. Please double-check your file before uploading. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

KEEP TRANSFERS DRY AND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Transfers will bind to the clear sheet if it is too hot. If too cold, the transfers won't stick.

 How to order

1) Add the desired gang sheet size

2) Upload your image to the site. Please make sure the images are 300 DPI or else the images will be blurry.

Notes:

• If we are unable to open your file you will be credited that amount.  Check your files before you send them. 
• We will not print screenshots and we will not print images from dump groups.
• If you want an image that we do not have you must supply it. It needs to be the design itself, not a shirt with a design on it for example.
• You must size your gang sheets and images as per the sizing we have listed.
• While we are committed and excited to help your business grow please know that this is also our livelihood and to take the time to make sure all info is correct so that we can help each other succeed.
• Please consider downloading programs such as Cameo Studio or AI, Photoshop, etc to help you gang your images.
• If you need a custom image designed then please send us a message and we can refer you to a talented designer to help you.
• PLEASE NOTE TURNAROUND TIME DOES NOT START UNTIL YOU SUBMIT YOUR READY-TO-PRINT DESIGNS/GANGS. If we have to chase you down or if you submit after the calendar day has changed since placing that order TAT starts from the time of design submission, not the order being placed.
• If there is a quality defect that is due to our print error, we will correct this.
• IF THE TRANSFERS ARE USED OTHER THAN DIRECTED OR STORED INCORRECTLY, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
• WAIT 24 HRS BEFORE WASHING AND DO NOT WASH WITH HARSH CHEMICALS OR THE TRANSFER WILL BE DAMAGED.

Shirts and sweaters are made with 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Every print is made with DTF Transfer film.

Returns and Exchanges

Each qualifying order entitles you to ONE free exchange ONLY. 

Items worn or washed will not be accepted.

DTF Custom Prints does not qualify for exchanges or returns.

Sales for these items are final.

How to exchange?

If you need to exchange, please contact us during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. We will give you a prepaid label to return your items and pay to send the replacements. If your order did not qualify for our free shipping and exchange program, we will give you the option to purchase Flat Rate shipping labels for $13.95+ Tax each.

How do I do an EXPRESS Exchange?

An express exchange is just like a regular exchange, except you purchase your exchange order, and once we receive your return, we will refund you in full for the returned items. We pay to ship both ways on qualifying orders. If you would like to do an express exchange, please request it when you contact us for your exchange authorization.How to return a credit? If you would like to return for a credit in your account that you can use later, please contact us during business hours 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. We will give you a prepaid label to return your items and send you a credit and a free shipping credit to use on your next order.

How to return for a refund?

If you would like to return for a refund, please contact us during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our location.

DTF Transfer films:

Press at 315F for 25 seconds with heavy pressure. The film can then be peeled cold. After peeling the transfer firm, place the film back on the shirt and press again with 315F for 15 seconds with heavy pressure. It can be then be peeled cold again.

Shirt and sweater care:

Machine wash cold and use only Chlorine free bleach.
